WHY OUTDOOR CONTENT CREATION?

Spending time outdoors started as a means of rehabilitation and evolved into me finding the happiest version of myself.

I started actively and intentionally spending more time outdoors 5 years ago as a means of rehabilitation after navigating cancer treatment in my late twenties.

I openly documented my experience with cancer on my Instagram and this naturally transitioned into sharing my post-treatment recovery through my travels and outdoor explorations. In recent years this has evolved into collaborations with outdoor and travel brands.

I offer a unique perspective on content creation, merging my passion for the outdoors with 15-years commercial and professional graphic design experience; working in-house with brands and closely with PR and social media teams to create their organic and paid content.

I’ve found the happiest, most creatively inspired version of myself emerges whilst, or shortly after, spending time outdoors. I have a passion for spending time in wild and beautiful places and sharing it in the hope that it encourages more people to spend more time outside.
